Thursday Yoga and deeply relaxing Sound Bath 7pm to 8:30pm
This session is designed to everyone who is looking to find space of balance peace and harmony. This session include meditation, movement, breathing techniques and relaxation with sound of Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls.

A yoga mat
Any props you’d like to use

Before Yoga with Sound Bath
Let me know if you have any injuries, health conditions, special requirements, or if you are pregnant. That will allow me to plan and adjust classes according to your needs.
Hydrate yourself during the day. It’s generally advised not to drink throughout the class, so make sure you come hydrated.
Let me know 24 hours ahead if are unable to attend a class. Otherwise, standard costs will apply.
Yoga with Sound bath will take 90 minutes.

You are welcome to email me prior to the class to discuss so I can offer you modifications.
The Sound Bath is not suitable for pregnant women in their first trimester nor those people that have sound-induced epilepsy.
