Let me know if you have any injuries, health conditions, special requirements, or if you are pregnant. That will allow me to plan and adjust classes according to your needs.
Hydrate yourself during the day. It’s generally advised not to drink throughout the class, so make sure you come hydrated.
Let me know 24 hours ahead if are unable to attend a class. Otherwise, standard costs will apply.
Class Length
Yoga will take 60 minutes.

Gong Bath Sound Meditation
Deeply relaxing experience, balancing and harmonising body and mind, giving comfort and peace. With sound of Gong, Singing Bowls and other instruments.
What will you need?
A yoga mat
Blanket and warm jumper
What to expect?
You’ll be invited to lie down and make yourself as comfortable as you can. We will guide you into a meditation and be creating a soundscape using Gong, Singing Bowls and other instruments.
Please note: Sound Healing is suitable for many people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please do not book if these conditions apply to you.

Zoom Yoga Monday
This session is designed to everyone who is looking to find space of balance peace and harmony. This session include meditation, movement, breathing techniques and relaxation at the end of session.
I can promise you that after this class your balance, peace , harmony and energy level will increase and you might have a chance to witness that level of anger, confusion and fear will decrease, however you are the creator of the space for your own need.
Despite all of this, you will experience the power of being present.
One more thing …

What Will You Need?
A yoga mat
Any props you’d like to use
Comfortable clothing
Anything that will make you comfortable and will help you set the mood. Such as incense, candles, essential oil diffuser, music, etc.
Zoom account
A reliable internet connection
A laptop or tablet with webcam, mic, and working audio. While a cell phone could do the job, you’ll be more comfortable using a bigger screen.
Before Your Online Yoga Class
Let me know if you have any injuries, health conditions, special requirements, or if you are pregnant. That will allow me to plan and adjust classes according to your needs.

Prepare your yoga mat and props if you’d like to use any. That will allow us to start practising right away.
Change and set your laptop. Ideally, make sure that both you in a standing position and your mat can be seen.
Turn off your cell phone or turn on the silent mode.

Class Length
Standard Online Yoga Classes are 60 minutes long.
