Become yoga is inviting you to join 6 weeks Yoga Course.
This course is designed for people who have not practiced yoga and for those who do not feel comfortable in the advanced classes.
During the six weeks, you will study the building blocks of a yoga practice which you can then bring with you into our more advance sessions. You will learn traditional yoga postures and the fundamentals of yoga practice such as importance of breath and alignment.
During this course you will get to know yourself better and you will learn how to use yoga as a tool to reduce stress and bring the balance into your daily life.
You will also be introduced to meditation and some of the breathing techniques.

Structure of the class
Each session will take 60 min
During this time, we will start with short meditation, breathing techniques and yoga postures
Session will end with guiding meditation and breathing.
Each week we will learn something new about yoga and ourselves.
You will need your own mat, comfy uniform, tools as blocks, straps.
