New Year’s Eve Celebration Yoga practice and Gong Bath
If you would like to join us for yoga practice, meditation, breathing and sound bath, you can find us at TaB Centre Plus Community Centre on 31/12 at 715pm.
This very unique yoga practice and gong bath will last about 2 hours.
Together we will meditate, take steps, breathe and listen to healing sounds. On such special day you can’t be missed.
This will be very special yoga practice, because it involves repeating the same yoga positions 108 times; 108 times we will take steps towards Sun Salutations.
Why 108 repetitions?
Because, it is a unique number full of magic, strength and infinity; This number is considered as a number of power in many religions and beliefs, also in the practice and philosophy of yoga.
If you want to convince yourself of the power and magic of the number 108, we invite you to a deep practice of meditation yoga, breathing exercises, and the whole practice will end with a healing sound. If you are afraid that you are not able to repeat 108 Sun Salutations, then you should not worry because you will be able to choose the variations of Sun Salutations to your abilities. If you are not in good physical condition, you can choose 108 repetitions as a mantra.
Take your mat, take yourself; Take water to drink, a blanket to cover yourself and we are waiting for you.

Let me know if you have any injuries, health conditions, special requirements, or if you are pregnant. That will allow me to plan and adjust classes according to your needs.
Hydrate yourself during the day. It’s generally advised not to drink throughout the class, so make sure you come hydrated.
Let me know 24 hours ahead if are unable to attend a class. Otherwise, standard costs will apply.
Class Length
Yoga will take 60 minutes.

Gong Bath Sound Meditation
Deeply relaxing experience, balancing and harmonising body and mind, giving comfort and peace. With sound of Gong, Singing Bowls and other instruments.
What will you need?
A yoga mat
Blanket and warm jumper
What to expect?
You’ll be invited to lie down and make yourself as comfortable as you can. We will guide you into a meditation and be creating a soundscape using Gong, Singing Bowls and other instruments.
Please note: Sound Healing is suitable for many people, however, there are a few conditions that are known contraindications. These include people with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please do not book if these conditions apply to you.
